Corporate Eyecare
Eyesite offer vouchers for Corporate Eyecare. Employers are required by law to provide, or meet the cost of, eyecare tests and/or corrective glasses for VDU use for their employees. As a result we offer competitively priced VDU Eyecare Vouchers which cover employers' obligations, whilst additionally giving more benefits to the patient. The cost of each voucher is £17.
We also offer the same voucher for £20, with the added bonus of us carrying out all eye examinations on your premises (please note for this service we will need a minimum of 10 patients). As a local independent business we guarantee high quality eyecare and provide an aftercare service which allows patients to return to ensure their spectacles are kept as good as new.
Entitlement
With the VDU Eyecare Voucher employees are entitled to a range of services, discounts and access to our Friends and Family Voucher. Each employee will receive:
• A Full Eye examination; including visual fields and retinal photography where indicated by our Optometrists
• A FREE pair of spectacles when required solely for VDU use from our £25 range fitted with 1.5 index cr39 single vision lenses and scratch resistant coating
OR
• £25 contribution towards any of our complete spectacles
AND
10 Friends and Family Vouchers which entitles your employees' friends and family to:
• £15 discount when purchasing glasses from the £75 range and above
Terms and Conditions
The original price of £17 per voucher is subject to an extra charge should the employer require our Optometrists to visit their premises to carry out the eye examinations. The charge for a VDU Eyecare Voucher with the optometrist carrying out the tests at the company's premises is £20.
The friends and family vouchers can only be dispensed to employees who hold a VDU Eyecare Voucher and have had an eye test. The Friends and Family Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of the employee's eye examination. To be accepted the voucher must have the recipient's name, coupled with the date of the sender's eye test.
These vouchers can be used for upgrades which allows patients to reap discounts off their prospective upgrade needs. If the employee does not require any spectacles, they are still entitled to receive their Friends and Family Vouchers on the condition they have had the eye examination.
