Eyesite Eyecare Centres offer eyecare plans which enables patients access to many benefits and additional services at little or no extra cost. Our eyecare plans are great value and offer our very best. Please take some time to read what each of them offer to see if any would be of benefit to you.

Contact Lens Care Scheme

When you wear contact lenses it is important that your eyes are checked regularly to ensure they remain healthy and you always have the optimum lens for your eyes. As a member of this scheme, you will receive regular check ups, as well as any interim appointments as necessary without any additional cost.

Joinning the Contact Lens Care Scheme costs just £4.95 per month. Designed specifcally with contact lens wearers in mind, the scheme is tailored to what kind of lenses you wear and your individual needs. The scheme covers a minimum of two Contact Lens Aftercare Appointments per year, Contact Lens Care Solutions at 15% off RRP and 10% off all your spectacle purchases.

Our Contact Lens Care Scheme also allows you to make regular direct debit monthly paymements which include aftercare, lenses and solutions (if necessary), as well as many other benefits:

• Competively priced contact lenses.
• Contact Lens cleaning solutions can be included with up to 15% off recommended retail price.
• 10% off all spectacles purchased.
• Comprehensive aftercare for your contact lenses.
• Full eye examination regularly, including any additional procedures as recommended by your optometrist.
• 10% discount off all contact lens and spectacle accessories.  

Evolution Plan

Eyesite Eyecare Centres understands the importance of high quality eyecare. This is why we have developed the Evolution Plan- a comprehensive eyecare plan which offers you high quality care and value for money, ensuring you receive the optimum service for all of your visual needs.

As a member of this plan you will have access to unlimited eyecare, for a small monthly subscription of £10.95. This includes supplementary examinations, such as digital eye health photography, as well as access to our specialist clinics.

The Evolution Plan is not just about your eyecare, but also your eyewear. The eyecare plan allows you exclusive access to significantly discounted eyewear from our entire range of exceptional quality frames, the finest optical lenses and designer sunglasses. There are priveleged price opportunities for your friends and family too at no extra cost!

Evolution members who are interested in the prospect of contact lenses are entitled to receive a comprehensive contact lens assesment, avoiding the usual professional charges. Our optometrists can provide you with an extended trial of contact lenses suited to your requirements, giving you a real chance to access the benefits without the need for any commitment.

The Evolution Plan has a range of benefits including:

• Up to 40% discount off the usual price of spectacle lenses and frames (including sale items), with 20% discount in the first year rising by 5% for each full year of membership to a maximum of 40%
